Massimiliano Subba’s professional background features a wide expertise gained within the investment banking industry, where he has built a vast experience and professional network in the structured finance arena. Before founding Anthea Art Investments AG, Mr. Subba has worked for a number of leading financial institutions on both sides of the Atlantic. He started his career in the Equity Derivatives desk of Merrill Lynch in New York in 1997. He subsequently moved to the Asset Finance Group of Credit Suisse First Boston in London. In 2002 he was appointed as a Vice President of the Global Structured Product Group at Bank of America, in charge of Italy, Spain and Portugal. Finally, he held a Director position in the Securitisation department of Commerzbank in London, where he headed the team responsible for origination and structuring transactions for Southern European financial institutions and corporate clients. During his career, Mr. Subba has worked on a number of high-profile deals in Italy, Germany, France, Spain and Portugal for top-tier corporations and financial institutions.
